Paul Konchesky (born May 15, 1981 in Barking, London) is a professional English football player currently playing for West Ham in the left-back position. He is a versatile player capable of appearing across the back four or in midfield;.
He was previously sent out on loan to Tottenham Hotspur from Charlton Athletic in September 2003 and moved from Charlton to West Ham in the summer of 2005 for an undisclosed amount of money.
He made his England debut in a friendly against Australia in 2004 but did not impress sufficiently to gain a regular place in later squads.
