Gary Charles (born April 13, 1970) is an English former footballer, who played at full back. He made several appearances for the England team and turned out at club level for Nottingham Forest, Derby County, Aston Villa and finally West Ham United.
Following the end of his playing career Charles lost his money though gambling and fell on hard times being arrested several times for drunken-ness and vagrancy.
