Jessica Leigh Harp (born on 3 February 1982 in Kansas City, Missouri, USA) is an American singer-songwriter. She grew up with her parents and her sister with a love for music, singing for the first time when she was 3, writing lyrics when she 8 and at 13 picking up her guitar. Jessica pursued a solo career in music, releasing her independent album, Preface in 2002. Then she joined up with her friend and fellow musician Michelle Branch to form The Wreckers, who's song The Good Kind was feautured on One Tree Hill and on the shows soundtrack. Jessica is still rocking guitar's and wrecking homes and we have alot more to see from her. The Wreckers album Stand Still, Look Pretty is due to be out soon. And when asked what she would be doing if she wasn't a musician, she said she'd move to the south, get married and have a ton of kids but from her song stay she wrote 'don't care if I become a star, I just wanna play my guitar' So she'd be dealing dinners and rocking the world. Jessica has come so far, and with a fan base following, she has a far way to go.
