David Paymer (born 30 August 1954) is an American actor.
He has been in such movies as State and Main, Payback, Get Shorty, City Hall, and Into the West.
He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1992 for Mr. Saturday Night.
In the tv series Angel, there is a running gag about Cordelia Chase socializing with him and his brother, Steve.
