David Packer (b. August 25, 1962 in Passaic, New Jersey, USA) is an American actor. He has starred in many films. David Packer's first starring role was in the 1983 NBC mini series "V" as the human traitor Daniel Bernstein, he reprised the role in the 1984 sequel "V: The Final Battle".

He has appeared in films like Robocop, Strange Days, True Crime, and Infested.

In 1994, David Packer received the Cable Ace Award for his roll as Leo in the 1993 tv series Big Al.

David Packer was good friends with "V" co-star Dominique Dunne. He was rehearsing a scene with her for "V" the night she was murdered by her boyfriend. David found her later on lying on the floor in her home and five days later, Dominique died in hospital. It was a tragic moment for David and the cast of "V".

David has made guest appearances in a lot of television shows such as Fame, St. Elsewhere, The Division, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: NY.
