Carole Bouquet (born 18 August 1957 in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France) is a French actress internationally famous for her role as Bond girl Melina Havelock in For Your Eyes Only, and a key role in Luis Bunuel's surrealist classic That Obscure Object of Desire, and the French import Too Beautiful For You.

Bouquet is the widow of producer Jean-Pierre Rassam. They had a son, Dimitri Rassam. In 2003 Bouquet married French actor Gérard Depardieu, with whom she had worked several times.

She was a spokesmodel for Chanel in the 1990s.
