From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia Charli "Chuck B. More" Baltimore (born Tiffany Lane on August 16, 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a Grammy nominated female rapper and protege of the late Notorious B.I.G.. She was born to a German father and an African American mother but mainly rasied by her elder half-sister, Yolanda. After graduating from Pierce College, becoming a certified paralegal, and having two daughters, India and Sianni, Charli met the Notorious B.I.G. in the summer of 1995. She made her first appearance in the music industry in the late 1990s with the hit "Money" featured on the Woo movie soundtrack. Baltimore was at this time signed to Lance Rivea's Untertainment Recording Label (formerly Undeas Records), whose other artists included Junior M.A.F.I.A. and Lil Kim. With collaborators such as Cam'ron and N.O.R.E., Baltimore recorded her debut album Cold as Ice which featured tracks like Money, Pimp da 1 u love, N.B.C, and Stand Up. Although it was never released commercially, the album is sold in select stores and on the internet. After a five-year hiatus, Charli Baltimore was signed to Murder Inc. Records (currently The Inc) of Irv Gotti and Ja Rule. She has since made appearances in songs such as "The Pledge", "Down 4 U", "Down Ass Chick", and "Rain On Me" (Remix). In 2002 she earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female Rap Solo Performance, for her single "Diary" . She has recently been associated with Black Wall Street and The Game and been on the song "Swallow That Slug." Its known that Charli has left murder inc and signed to def jam beginning of 2005
