Amber Brkich (born August 11, 1978 near Pittsburgh) is the winner of Survivor: All-Stars, and was a contestant on Survivor: The Australian Outback. On May 9, 2004, she accepted fellow All-Stars competitor Rob Mariano's proposal of marriage on live television.

She is also noteworthy for whom she hooked up with. During the second season, she allied herself with legendary femme fatale Jerri Manthey in the hopes of riding her coattails to the end. When that failed, she had in effect become a game orphan and followed her to her fate. She repeated the premise in the All-Star season, this time with Mariano, and it worked.

As a couple in 2005, Brkich and Mariano participated in the seventh season of The Amazing Race and came in second place. While some felt that they brought new, exciting elements into the Race, others felt that they were using the program for their own ends, not the least of which was publicity to sustain interest in their televised wedding later that spring. The duo fell into disfavor with viewers when they drove by the car accident of their fellow racers, brothers Brian and Greg, without stopping. Their fellow competitors all checked in with the brothers prior to continuing on to the next stage of the race.

Born in the Pittsburgh suburb of Beaver, Pennsylvania, Brkich went to Beaver Area High School, and then to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, just to the north. She was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority at Westminster, of which she was vice president and new member coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations with a minor in speech communications. She has worked as an administrative assistant. After appearing in Survivor: The Australian Outback, she briefly worked as the host of an adventure travel game on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. After both Survivor: The Australian Outback and Survivor: All Star Amber has appeared in Stuff Magazine.

Brkich is a Roman Catholic; her surname in Croatian is (Brkić). On April 16, 2005, Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich were married in a private ceremony in the Bahamas. The U.S. television network CBS aired a 2 hour special about the wedding on May 24, 2005.
