Lepe is a small Spanish city in the province of Huelva in Andalusia. It is situated near the Portuguese border. Its citizens are the targets of a great number of jokes, including, but not limited to the lightbulb variety, and mostly of absurd behaviour. It also produces a large amount of strawberries.
