Alan Oppenheimer (born April 23, 1930 in New York City, New York) is an American voice-actor who has had an active career in cartoons since the 1940s. He is recognised as the voice of many characters including Mighty Mouse, Ming the Merciless from Filmation's Flash Gordon and also Skeletor from the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon (where he also performed various supporting roles as well).
Oppenheimer has also appeared in three recent Star Trek series always palying a different character. He potrayed a Klingon in The Next Generation, a Starfleet officer in Deep Space Nine and an alien ambassador in Voyager.
