Gina Yashere (born April 6, 1973 in Finsbury Park, London, England) is a British comedienne with Nigerian Parents. Before becoming a comedian she worked as a lift maintanance engineer. She has appeared in many television programmes, but is probably most famous for appearing in the comedy series Lenny Henry in Pieces. In 2005, she appeared in the reality television series, Comic Relief Does Fame Academy, in aid of Comic Relief.
