Milan Panić (Serbian: Милан Панић), a Serbian-American Costa Mesa, California-based pharmaceuticals tycoon, is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the new ICN, and he charted his company's growth from the initial $200.00 investment to annual sales exceeding $500,000,000 (USD) in 1995 and more than $600,000,000 (USD) in 1996, while the company achieved $672,000,000 (USD) return on sales in 1997.
