Dominique Helena Moceanu (born September 30, 1981 in Hollywood, California) is an American gymnast who was a member of the Olympic Gold medal winning 1996 U.S. Women's Gymnastics team in Atlanta (the "Magnificent 7").

Dominique, one of the last gymnasts to be trained by the legendary Romanian coaches Bela and Marta Karolyi, holds the distinction of being the youngest senior U.S. National Champion, winning the title at the age of thirteen in 1995. The same year, she was the only American gymnast to win an individual medal at the 1995 World Championships in Sabae, Japan, earning a silver on the balance beam. She was the U.S. Junior National Champion in 1994, and the Junior Pan Am gold medallist in 1993.

Following the Atlanta Olympics, Dominique participated in numerous tours and professional gymnastics exhibitions before returning to competition. She was a member of the 1997 World Championships team. In 1998, she became the first and only American to win the all-around title at the Goodwill Games. Her drive to compete in the Sydney Olympics was cut short due to a knee injury. She announced a comeback in 2005, but due to injury, was not able to compete at the '05 US Championships.
