Sam Harris is an American author and researcher into the neurology of religious belief.
His book The End of Faith: Religion, Terror, and the Future of Reason won the 2005 PEN/Martha Albrand Award for First Nonfiction.
He appears in the 2005 documentary movie The God Who Wasn't There.
