From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia Mary Rodgers (born January 11, 1931) is a composer of musicals, an author of children's books, and daughter of Broadway composer Richard Rodgers. She also compiled the album Free to Be... You and Me.
Her son, Adam Guettel, by her second husband, Henry, is a Tony Award-winning musical theatre composer.
