Philip Reed (b. 1760; d. November 2, 1829) was an American politician. He was appointed as U.S. Senate from Maryland in 1806 following the resignation of Robert Wright and was re-elected the same year, serving until 1813. He then served in the U.S. House of Representatives from Maryland from 1817-1819 and later from 1822-1823.
