Adrianne Leon (born March 15, 1986 in San Diego, California) is an actress and musician who performed two songs for the documentary Hollywood's Magical Island: Catalina (2003), "Everlasting Dream" and "She Heals You".
She is currently playing Brook Lynn Ashton on TV's General Hospital since 2004.
Leon sang and co-wrote a song for General Hospital. The song is called "Redeem Me"; it aired on Tuesday, January 27th, 2004.
