From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia Emmanuel Lewis (born 9 March 1971 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor. He is best known for his title role in the 1980s television sitcom Webster. He is only 3 feet 4 inches tall (1.02m). He is said to be a close friend of Michael Jackson's. He is often confused for Gary Coleman, star of Diff'rent Strokes.
Emmanuel is parodied at least three times in Saturday Night Live in the infamous TV Funhouse animated sketches of "The Michael Jackson Show." Emmanuel's animated look is just like Webster, but with grey hair and a grey beard (A joke about him "aging"). One segment shows Michael wearing glasses to see his "close friend," who's celebrity face becomes Emmanuel's face in an animated form. This segment is well-known for the disturbing catch-phrase, "Double the Webster, double the fun!" (We see two female celebrities fighting with Webster faces.)
