Jean-Michel Folon (March 1, 1934, Uccle, Belgium - October 20, 2005, Monaco) was a Belgian artist, illustrator, painter, and sculptor. He studied architecture in Brussels, Belgium, then moved to Paris, France where he achieved success. In 1989, he designed the logo for the bicentenary of the French Revolution. He died of leukaemia.
