Mara Elizabeth Wilson (born July 24, 1987 in Los Angeles, California, USA) is an American child actress who starred in films such as Mrs. Doubtfire, Miracle on 34th Street, Matilda, A Simple Wish, and Thomas and the Magic Railroad, and has made a few appearances on Melrose Place. Mara is not currently in the acting business. Mara currently attends New York University and is in Tisch School of the Arts.
