Beth Ehlers (born July 23, 1968 in Queens, New York) is an American soap opera actress.

Ehlers grew up in New York City and begin appearing in television commercials at the age of nine. She attended Syracuse University for one year then moved to New York City to pursue an acting career. She has appeared on the series Best Times, and in the feature films Hiding Out and The Hunger. She appeared in the television movie Family Reunion, on In Defense of the Kids and Mystery on Fire Island.

Ehlers was born on July 23 in Queens, NY. In 1991, Beth married Dr. William Parsons. They later divorced and Beth had an off-screen relationship with her onscreen love, Mark Derwin (who played A.C. Mallet). On March 22, 1996 she married Matthew Christian, who is a sports video editor. Beth and Matthew have two sons, Henry Jack Christian, who was born on May 21, 1999 and Will, born July 16, 2001. They currently reside in New York.

She is most famous for her role as Harley Cooper Spaulding Mallet Spaulding Aitoro on Guiding Light, a role she originally played from 1987 to 1993. When Ehlers left, the role of the "sassy, flirty blonde" on the show was given to Marcy Walker, who moved to Guiding Light to create the role of Tangie Hill. When viewers expressed vocal dissent against Walker's character and wished for Ehlers to return, she did so starting back on the show in 1997. Ehlers has been with the show since and garnered four Daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Younger Actress and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

In 2005, fans voted her character Harley and co-star, Ricky Paull Goldin, the "Most Irresistable Combination."
