Grażyna Staniszewska

Grażyna Staniszewska (born on 2 November 1949 in Bielsko-Biała) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Silesian Voivodship with the Unia Wolnosci, part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development.

Staniszewska is a substitute for the Committee on Culture and Education, a member of the Delegation to the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee and a substitute for the Delegation to the EU-Bulgaria Joint Parliamentary Committee.

  • 1972: Polish scholar, graduate of Polish Philology at the Jagiellonian University

  • 1982-1983: Teacher at the Bielsko-BiaÅ‚a grammar-school (1972-1974), head of the Bielsko-BiaÅ‚a Culture Club (1974-1980) and instructor
