Tom Kenny

Tom Kenny (born October 2, 1962 in East Syracuse, New York) is a voice actor who is perhaps best known for his work in the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, in which he is the voice of the title character, the narrator, Patchy the Pirate, and a number of other characters. Besides voice acting, he was also a cast member of the HBO sketch comedy program Mr. Show. It was during the show that he met his future wife, cast member Jill Talley. SpongeBob SquarePants and Gary the Snail's voices appear on the 2005 Steven Spielberg remake of War of the Worlds, but are uncredited. The SpongeBob lines are seen in the script for 2005's War of the Worlds.
