From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia Hunter Ellis (born July 5, 1968) was a contestant on television show Survivor: Marquesas.
While being voted off relatively early (third) on Survivor: Marquesas he is perhaps best known for his good bye speech in which he called his former tribe mates "a bunch of knuckleheads" and that he'd tell them that to their faces if he saw them again. He then went on to say "I will phone the Red Cross and let them know where you guys are so you can be airlifted out of there after you die of dehydration and starvation after the next couple of days!"
He co-hosts a local show for KCAL9 - Los Angeles (which is a sister station to KCBS 2 also based in Los Angeles) called "9 on the town".
Hunter also hosted an informational show on the History Channel called "Tactical to Practical" in 2003. He now has a new show on the History Channel called "Man, Moment, Machine".
