Shawnee Smith (b. July 3, 1970 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, USA) is an American actress. As well as the many films and television shows in which she has appeared, Smith was a frontlady for a band called "Fydolla Ho", with which she toured the USA and the UK.

Her first appearance in a feature film was in the 1982 film adaption of the play Annie. Several years later, she starred in the hit 1987 comedy film Summer School as the pregnant teen Rhonda Altobello and in the 1988 remake of the Steve McQueen classic The Blob as Meg Penny. She is also well known for her role in the 2004 horror film Saw, reprising the role for the sequel, Saw 2.

Smith's most well known television role was Linda, a nurse's aid, on the CBS hit comedy series Becker. Her other well known role was mean girl Julie Lawry in the 1994 mini series The Stand.

Shawnee Smith has made several guest appearances on television shows, such as Cagney & Lacey, Murder, She Wrote, The X Files, Players and loaned her voice for an episode of the Disney cartoon Kim Possible.
