Celia Franca (born June 25, 1921) is a Canadian ballet dancer, choreographer, and director.
She co-founded, along with Betty Oliphant, the National Ballet of Canada in 1959 and was the artistic director and co-director from 1951 - 1976.
In 1967 she was made an Officer of the Order of Canada and was promoted to Companion in 1985.
