Sascha Konietzko (born June 21, 1961) is a member of industrial rock band KMFDM, having founded the group with Udo Sturm in 1984. He is the only member of KMFDM to appear on every album. "Sascha K" has worked on many other projects, such as Schwein (with PIG creator and co-founder of KMFDM Raymond Watts), Excessive Force, and in 2000 he joined Lucia Cifarelli and Tim Skold in MDFMK.
He left Hamburg for Chicago in 1990, before relocating to Seattle in 1995.
In some of his lyrics, Konietzko jokingly purports himself to be the father of industrial rock, and has begun referring to himself as Käpt'n K.
