Mike Einziger

Michael Aaron Einziger (born 21 June 1976) is the guitarist of the rock band Incubus. He was born in Los Angeles.

Einziger previously used Paul Reed Smith guitars and Mesa Boogie amps, but has more recently been using Vox and Marshall amps, along with Fender Jazzmaster guitars, as well as a plethora of effects pedals. He has also played a Jerry Jones Master Sitar on "Nowhere Fast" from the Make Yourself album, and a Pipa on "Aqueous Transmission". Mike also plays piano on songs like "Here In My Room" and has recently played piano in a live version of "Drive" during their show at Red Rocks, Colorado.

He is a fan of Icelandic singer Bjork, and claims her work inspires his own. He is also a fan of Steve Vai, who is thanked for his inspiration in the Morning View liner notes.

He is married with Cameron Richardson.
