From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia Magnus Uggla (full name: Per Allan Magnus Claesson Uggla) is a Swedish artist and composer known for his satirical lyrics. He was born June 18, 1954. Povel Ramel awarded him the Karamelodiktstipendiet in 1991.
