Andrea Evans (born June 18, 1957) is an American actress.

Evans is known by many longtime soap fans for her portrayal of the outrageous Tina Clayton Lord Roberts on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live. She played the role from 1978 to 1981 and from 1985 to 1990.

Evans left the show abruptly in 1990 and dropped out of public view for many years. It was only much later when she revealed that she had to escape from a stalker who had been following her around and had gone as far as breaking into the ABC studios in New York City, intent on killing her. Before she left One Life to Live, the stalker incident had been played down heavily in the press, so the public at large did not know what was wrong. In the story, Evans was seamlessly replaced with Karen Witter in the role of Tina, and taping went on as usual.

She finally returned to television in 1999, when she appeared as Amber Moore's trashy mother Tawny on The Bold and the Beautiful. She currently portrays Rebecca Hotchkiss Crane on the NBC soap opera, Passions, replacing Maureen McCormick after her ten-episode stint ended. Andrea also made 2 feature films during the 90's, a small part in A Low Down Dirty Shame and a major role in Ice Cream Man.

Evans and her husband, Steve, adopted a daughter, Kylie, in May 2004.
