Megumi Ogata (緒方 恵美 Ogata Megumi, born June 6, 1965, sometimes mistranslated as Emi Ogata) is a well known seiyū and J-pop singer. Ogata was born in Tokyo.

Although Ms. Ogata has played some feminine characters, such as Esmeraude in Magic Knight Rayearth, she is best known for playing young men and boys (i.e. Shinji Ikari) and boyish women (most famously the lesbian Haruka Tenoh, a.k.a. Sailor Uranus of Sailor Moon).
