Rozonda "Chili" Thomas (born February 27, 1971 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an R&B singer, one of the three members of the successful group TLC. She is of African American and West Indian ancestry.
Thomas was raised by a single mother in the Atlanta area. She never met her father until she was twenty-five years old, on a special episode of Sally Jesse Raphael.
She has one son, Tron, with Dallas Austin, who produced most of TLC's material. She has also been romantically involved with fellow LaFace Records artist Usher Raymond.
In early 2005, she and T-Boz filmed their reality show to get one female to be a guest for their upcoming single. They released the show around late 2005, titled "R U The Girl".
