Edmund Purdom is an English voice actor. He was born on December 19, 1924 in Hertfordshire, England, and was educated by the Jesuits and the Benedictines before he began his career.
He had a brief period of success in the United States, as his very good looks made him a heart-throb, but his career eventually ran out of steam. He been married and divorced three times: his first wife, Anita Philips (or Phillips), the mother of his children; Linda Christian, ex-wife of Tyrone Power; and Alicia Darr, of Polish Jewish extraction.
He lives in Rome, Italy, and has worked extensively as a voice dubbing actor for many years (dubbing lines from Italian to English), and also worked as a movie producer.
