'Sophie Monk', former member of Popstars Australia group Bardot. Her climb to pop stardom started in 1999 when she drove all night to make it to an audition for the first ever Australian series of Popstars and achieved success in Eurasia with her debut single "Inside Outside". She launched her solo career after a break from Bardot in which she says she rested and gained her new sexy figure. She says her secret to weight loss is lots of walking. She says she gets her abs from keeping her shoulders up while walking. Her debut album Calendar Girl launched her second single "Get The Music On". Her third single, the heavily sampled, "One Breath Away" achieved a fair amount of success in Australia. Her unique blend of pop, dance, and classical music gave her an edge that could only be rivaled by fellow Australians Bond. She also appeared on the music video to pop punk band blink-182's song, "Always".

Sophie has scored a part in a new movie, playing alongside the likes of Owen Wilson and Alyson Hannigan. Similar to Scary Movie, it's a take-off of romantic comedies, where Sophie will be playing secret model Victoria.
