Christie Mary Clark (born December 13, 1973) is an American soap opera actress. She was born in Orange County, California.
Her most notable work on daytime has been the portrayal as the older daughter of Roman Brady, Carrie Brady Reed on Days of our Lives. She played the role from 1986 to 1990 and from 1993 to 1999. Clark succeeded Andrea Barber in 1986 and Tracy Middendorf in 1993.
She was nominated for four Young Artist Awards for her portrayal of Carrie (1987, 1988, 1989, 1990). She was also nominated for two Outstanding Younger Actress Daytime Emmy Awards (1997, 1998).
In 1999, she exited Days of Our Lives to attend English school in London and her character departed for Israel. Two years later in 2001, Clark returned to the United States and married a friend she met in Ibiza, Spain in August 2002.
In October 2005, it has announced that Clark will return to the role of Carrie on Days of Our Lives after a six-year absence and her first airdate will be December 2.
