European actor Georges Corraface has an international career in film and television, after many years in French theater - notably as a member of the famed Peter Brook Company. His movie credits include "To Tama", "Escape from L.A.", "La Pasion Turca", "Vive La Mariée", "Impromptu", "Christopher Columbus" and a feature film debut in "The Mahabharata". Outstanding television productions include “La Bicyclette Bleue", "L'Ete Rouge" and "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles". His multi-cultural background enables him to work extensively in French and Greek (his native languages), as well as in English, Spanish, German and Italian, with roles ranging from dramatic leads to eccentric characterizations. He is particularly popular in France, Greece and Spain, due to box office hits, critical acclaim, Best Actor Awards, and television celebrity. In 2005, he was named president of the Thessaloniki International Film Festival.
