Robert Sherman is president and owner of F.I.T., Inc., a corporation focusing on Cycle Reebok, personal and athletic training, F.I.T., Inc. has been in operation since 1988 and is located in Bethesda, Maryland. Robert is a program developer for Cycle Reebok, a Master Trainer for Reebok International Ltd. and conducts instructor training internationally and throughout the United States. He is also published in IDEA Today magazine and can be seen in various exercise videos including "The Ultimate Island Ride", the Cycle Reebok video. Robert was named as one of the foremost fitness trainers in America by Allure Magazine and was selected by the Washington Post newspaper as one of the best aerobic instructors in the Washington D.C. area. Robert, a business school graduate of the University of Maryland, is gold certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise), A.F.A.A. (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and A.S.C.M. (American College of Sports Medicine). Robert has been selected as one of the 100 Best Trainers in America by Men's Journal in their December 2004 issue.
