Richard Treat Williams (born December 1, 1951) is an American actor. Williams was born in Rowayton, Connecticut.
He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
He now lives with his family (wife and two children) in New York.
Apart from the popular television series Everwood, he also starred as Berger in Milos Forman's screen version of the Broadway musical Hair and three of The Substitute sequels.
