Eugene Gordon Lee (October 25, 1933-October 16, 2005) was a former American child actor, most notable for appearing in the Our Gang comedies as Porky from 1935 to 1939 during which he, not Buckwheat as commonly believed, originated the phrase "otay". He was born in Fort Worth, Texas.
After leaving the series, he entered public school, and became an educator in Colorado as an adult. After retiring, he moved to Minnesota. There, in 2005, after battling lung and brain cancer, his body stopped functioning.
