Kim Larsen (b October 23, 1945 in Copenhagen) is a Danish rock musician.
Inspired by The Beatles and rock'n'roll, he started with song writing and playing guitar. In 1969 he met Franz Beckerlee and Willi Jønsson. The three together founded Gasolin which became one of the most successful Danish rock bands but was dissolved in the late 1970s.
After a number of solo albums, he moved to Odense and, in 1995, founded the new band Kim Larsen & Kjukken.
