Born on November 18, 1945 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Walter Bobbie is a noted dancer, choreographer, director and occasional actor. He attended Catholic University of America (CUA), at around the same time as Oscar winning actress Susan Sarandon.
He directed the revivals of the Broadway musicals Chicago (musical) starring Ann Reinking and Bibi Neuwirth, and Sweet Charity with Christina Applegate.
